Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in both floor loom and table loom weaving
At least 2 years of teaching experience in other arts and crafts disciplines.
Strong organizational skills for scheduling and managing workshops
Ability to conduct engaging workshops for participants of all skill levels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in a studio environment, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization
Knowledge of weaving techniques, materials, and tools to provide comprehensive instruction
Passion for fostering creativity and inspiring students in their artistic pursuits
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
Familiarity with current trends in the weaving and crafts community
Experience in curriculum development and the ability to create lesson plans that align with educational goals
