Birthday Party Weaving Workshop
This workshop/activity is great for children of ages 6+. Students will enjoy learning how to weave on a small lap loom using a variety of colourful and textural yarns. They can make little weavings that shape into a bookmark, a bracelet or necklace, a small coaster rug or a wall hanging.

This is a private group class it can be held at:
Loom Studio max of 15 students
or
in the comfort of your home or event hall for larger groups. (*travel fees apply)
Dates are flexible and can be booked in advance. ($150 deposit is required to secure a date)
This workshop is perfect for all levels of learning, children will attentively pick up the weaving techniques very fast, and it is a great skill for hand-eye coordination. All materials are included and a small weaving kit the participants can take home to continue their weaving journey.
The workshop is 2 hours long and participants can enjoy snacks and drinks while they weave. If you plan to serve food and cake at the studio, we recommend you book the 3 hour workshop. Please bring a cooler as we do not have a fridge available. Parents must clean up any food mess made during the party and leave the studio as found.
The initial workshop fee covers a minimum of 6 participants and any extra students can be added from the drop-down menu.
For children workshops with more than 8 students, a separate fee of $150 will be added to hire a second instructor.
*An additional travel fee for home classes will be charged and will vary depending on your location.
