This is a 3hr class that will be held in person at the studio and on zoom.
Let’s dive deep into how to prepare for your weaving project
What you’ll learn:
How to plan a weaving project step by step, including:
Choosing warp and weft yarns
Determining warp width, length, and ends per inch (EPI)
Reading weaving drafts
The importance of sampling: why, how, and labeling your samples
Using a sketchbook to organize notes and track progress
Developing strong studio habits.
